“Planet P Project” – музичний проект талановитого американського музиканта Тоні Кері.
Тоні Кері найвідоміший як клавішник у легендарному гурті Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow у 1970-их роках. Потім Tony Carey переїхав до Німеччини й розпочав сольну кар’єру. На початку 1980-их років кілька разів потрапляв до чартів із такими власними композиціями, як “I Will not Be Home Tonight”, “A Fine, Fine Day”, “The First Day of Summer”.
Planet P Project – паралельний проект, який Tony Carey організував у Німеччині на початку 1980-их років спільно із німецьким продюсером Петером Хауке. Майже всі пісні писав сам Tony Carey й майже всі музичні партії грав теж він сам.
“Pink World” – футуристична рок-опера й другий альбом Planet P Project. Спочатку альбом видано на двох вінілових платівках.
The album tells the story of a dystopian society sheltered from nuclear annihilation by the Zone, a protected area created through the psychic powers of a seven-year-old boy named Artemus. The boy is manipulated by government officials into acting as a figurehead to gain public support for their rule, though Artemus himself has nearly absolute power over everybody in the Zone. Artemus eventually leaves the area of safety he created, causing it to vanish as he departs. Pink World was a success among the critics, though sales were initially modest. However, the album has achieved a cult following.[1]
