The original Very Best of Supertramp is mostly the former. Vol. 2 is neither. Incomplete and redundant on it's own to any fan who has all of the albums, it's simply a way of turning what is now "Vol. 1" into an anthology. Here we have a nice collection of what some might consider Supertramp's best album cuts. Real fans will argue over whether it really is that.
