CHRONICLES is a series of specially selected original albums presented in a book-style long box. Box set includes three albums by some of the greatest artists in the UMG catalog. Selected albums symbolize a classic period for the artist or illustrate the artist in a significant fashion. The CD booklets from the original releases are included. Aerosmiths' CHRONICLES US exclusive limited edition 40 track digitally remastered 3CD album set comprising Permanent Vacation, Pump and Get A Grip, presented in unique 6" x 10" book style pack complete with individual album booklets.

CD1 - PERMANENT VACATION (18.08.1987);
CD2 - PUMP (12.09.1989);
CD3 - GET A GRIP (20.04.1993).
Aerosmith was formed in Boston, Massachusetts in 1970 by vocalist Steven Tyler, guitarists Joe Perry and Ray Tabano, bassist Tom Hamilton, and drummer Joey Kramer. Tabano was replaced by Brad Whitford in 1971. Other than a period from 1979-1984, this lineup has remained the same. This CHRONICLES box set brings together three records by Aerosmith - the comeback album Permanent Vacation, Pump and Get A Grip - in a single box set. Unfortunately, other than the albums themselves being classics, there are no bonus tracks, nor any additional material to speak of. So unless you don't already own these, or prefer to have them stored in a different format than jewel casing, the original single discs might just be the way to go.
