It offers a great variety of material, most of which came from the Theme and Alligator releases of the late 1980's. However other tracks were from The Great Fatsby, Leslie West - Live, As Phat As It Gets, and Guitarded. A few tracks are live recordings, but most are studio recordings; and a few "might" be mixed a bit differently than their original releases. There are a few other artists of note on some of the tracks on this CD. Jack Bruce and Johnette Napolitano are featured separately and Greg Allman and Joe Bonamassa are both on a spectacular track called "If Heartaches Were Nickels"! This is a spectacular compilation of this stellar performers solo career focused on the mid 1970's until 2011. Highly recommend this to fans of Mountain, or West, Bruce and Laing or blues style hard rock in general. Enjoy!
