In THE MANY FACES OF QUEEN you will delve into the inner world of the legendary British foursome including their early recordings, collaborations and their fantastic repertoire. Disc One features early recordings by members of Queen. Disc Two features the songs of Queen as interpreted by rockers like Lemmy, Yngwie Malmsteen, Bob Kulick, Robin McAuley and many others. Disc Three includes symphonic interpretations of Queen classics. This compilation was released on 15th June 2018.

A journey through the inner world of Queen... Early recordings, tributes by others, collaborations… On this 3CD collection is celebration of one of rock’s most revered bands. Astronomy student Brian May and aspiring dentist Roger Taylor played together in various bands, including a college band called Smile with bassist Tim Staffell. When the latter moved to Humpty Bong with former Bee Gees drummer Colin Petersen, May and Taylor decided to form a new band with the flamboyant singer Freddie Mercury, who was playing in a group called Wreckage at the time. Most of the material on first CD comes from these early times. "Mad The Swine" was originally intended to appear on Queen's debut album, but was actually only released in 1991 as the B-side of the single "Headlong". Eddie Howell's "Man From Manhattan" was recorded in January 1976, the song was produced by Freddie Mercury, who also played piano and sang backing vocals and featured Brian May on guitar. The career of Smile band, began in 1968. All six Smile recordings are included here. Heavy metal fans have always loved Queen, despite Freddie Mercury's pseudo-dramatic stage shows. For this reason, second CD of this collection is dedicated to the band's songs, performed by some of the biggest names in metal. This selection of Queens tracks features songs from various eras. For ''Bohemian Rhapsody'' the band experimented with arrangements that are more suited to a symphony orchestra than a hard rock band. Therefore, third CD is dedicated to a hand-picked selection of Queen compositions, performed with orchestral arrangements.
