RUN WITH THE PACK is the third studio album by English supergroup Bad Company. It was released on 30th January 1976, by Island Records. The album was recorded in France using The Rolling Stones Mobile Truck in September 1975. It was the only original Bad Company album without artwork from Hipgnosis, instead featuring artwork from Kosh. The album spawned rock radio classics "Silver, Blue & Gold", "Live For The Music", and the title track. "Silver, Blue & Gold" was never released as a single, but is one of the band's most popular compositions. "Do Right By Your Woman" is an acoustic number, with some twelve-string work and that the harmonies are excellent, at times reminiscent of CSNY. ''Run With The Pack'' title track as Bad Company's greatest song, its energy just simply defines what Bad Company was all about. The album was remastered in 1994. The vinyl album had a shiny, silver cover, but CD versions feature a simple, light grey cover. The original album cover also came as a gatefold, with a photo of the band inside, sitting around a couch near a television tuned in to a Bugs Bunny cartoon. It was revealed in the notes in the booklet accompanying the 2CD Expanded Edition, that originally the TV screen showed a still of "I Love Lucy" but it was not possible to get approval for its use on the album cover, so it was changed.

With their third, 1976's RUN WITH THE PACK, they tried to pull off the impressive feat of delivering a trio of multi-platinum hits in the span of just three years. RUN WITH THE PACK arrived during a hectic period that found the band touring the world while dashing off a growing list of hit singles. After two albums of big riffs, big beats and big vocals, they seemed eager to expand their palette with RUN WITH THE PACK. Album brought Bad Company back to the Top 5 in the U.S. and U.K. while going triple platinum in the States. Bad Company recorded three classic albums in as many years, giving rise to some of the most recognizable rock songs of the Seventies. After releasing remastered and Deluxe Editions of their first two albums in 2015, the band was return with Expanded Editions of their next albums from that incredible run. RUN WITH THE PACK was newly remastered from the original production tapes. It has been expanded with rare and unreleased recordings taken from the original album sessions. The CD version of these Expanded Edition include all of the new bonus tracks. During a rare break from touring, Paul Rodgers, Mick Ralphs, Simon Kirke and Boz Burrell got together in France to record new songs using The Rolling Stones' Mobile Recording Studio. Those sessions produced RUN WITH THE PACK, where it sold three million copies alone. Radio stations embraced the title track along with a cover of The Coasters' "Young Blood," while "Silver, Blue & Gold" became one of the band's signature tracks, even though it was never officially released as a single. The bonus disc that accompanies RUN WITH THE PACK: Expanded Edition includes unreleased early mixes for "Honey Child" and "Simple Man," as well as an extended version of the title track. There's also the previously unreleased "Let There Be Love," an outtake from the recording sessions. In fact, the acoustic version of "Do Right By Your Woman," previously only available as the B-Side of the single release of "Run With The Pack," is the only song on the bonus disc that has ever been previously released.
