LIVE IN NASHVILLE on 8th August 1978 at the Atlantic Record Bar Convention with new bassist Cliff Williams on board. By the summer of 1978 AC/DC were starting to achieve worldwide fame. They toured heavily to promote the May release of their classic album Powerage, criss-crossing the US from June to October. This superb show captures them on fiery form, and is presented here on CD for the first time. Oh my god! You never believed that could ever happen! Many early concert recordings are yet available. These phantastic radio concerts were waiting for a release for centuries. Great in sound, even greater the music! Hell what we talking about?! It's 1978... On stage two chain saws (Bon and Angus), two sledgehammers (Phil and Malcolm) and a wrecking ball (Cliff). You can hear everything on this CD. It's not the stadium band you got a few years later. It's a small band playing like hell in front of a handful of people. It's loud, it's wild, strong, powerful and full of fun and emotion. Once again, you know why you started to love this band. Praise Bon, praise the band - or piss off!

Chuck-Stones-AC/DC....That's the lineage. Nothing fancy, just bass throbbing drumbeat, riffola rock and rolla, stupid dumb and dripping sweat. Just as God intended. And God's says Stones over Beatles, otherwise why is Keef still alive. As for these boys, Powerage was the one our friend. ''Sin City'''s so full of attitude, when it ends, you got the juice to put my fist thru a brick wall. "Ain't got a hope in hell, that's my belief...." If that ain't a new world anthem with all these wack jobs running around, you don't know what is. Chuck's dead, slugging shots with Bon, this band's probably over as well....can someone credible please take up the mantle?
