No doubt about it this is a very interesting DVD. It is however the story of Canned Heat from their early times in the sixties through to the present day. Much of the DVD is centered around interviews with Fito, Heat's long standing drummer and their manager Skip Taylor who both recall stories of past times. The interviews are interspaced with footage from various concerts (footage is varying quality from amateur onwards).
