For over three decades and with eight acclaimed studio albums - most recently "Zeit" (2022) - Rammstein have fundamentally changed the world of hard rock music and the dark avant-garde.
Remarkably, all of this was created with an unchanged line-up (Till Lindemann, Richard Z. Kruspe, Paul Landers, Oliver Riedel, Christoph Schneider & Flake Lorenz) in their own language, according to their own rules and myths, regardless of zeitgeist or fashions.
As in any long-term relationship, there were also moments with Rammstein when the six musicians disagreed, and they never made a secret of it. But what holds the whole construct together is an unshakeable foundation of convictions and principles - let's call it the "Rammstein method" - that has sustained such a career; a career that has taken this community to the biggest stadium stages around the world.
Rammstein have never submitted to the classic album-tour cycle. New music or a monumental live show always follow their own schedule. Visually, too, they have always pushed boundaries - artwork, photos, videos - often contradicting conventional ideas of what a (German) hard rock band can or should be.
Anyone who has ever experienced a Rammstein concert knows that it is more than just a concert. It is a trial by fire - in the truest sense of the word. No one else walks over glowing coals, breathes the same smoke-filled air and has the characteristic smell of gasoline in their nostrils.
So when you say "rammstein-esque", you simply mean: Rammstein.
Period.
And if you look back through the clouds of smoke, it becomes clear that everything that makes Rammstein so unmistakable was there right from the start - on their debut album "Herzeleid".
After its release in September 1995, "Herzeleid" climbed to number 2 in the German charts and officially marked the arrival of the band and the brand. It was the beginning of a journey of records, chart successes, awards, provocations, thigh-slappers and two Grammy nominations; not forgetting a seal of quality from David Lynch ("Lost Highway"). Rammstein have continued to set new standards, occasionally breaking the internet and collecting countless gold and platinum awards worldwide. The journey has now been going on for 30 years - a real event and a milestone in music history, which will of course be celebrated in classic Rammstein style.
Ladies and gentlemen, look forward to the XXXIII 7" singles box set - a project that has been 30 years in the making!

With this box set, Rammstein dive deep into their extensive archive and bring together all officially released singles - from "Du Riechst So Gut" (August 1995) to "Adieu" (November 2022), the last single from "Zeit" - in one ultimate vinyl collection.
Where there were special radio or promo edits, these are used. The B-sides correspond to the original releases, the single covers show the historical artwork. The entire visual concept was created by Dirk Rudolph, a long-time companion and creator of some of the band's most striking visuals, including the unmistakable logo.
Naturally, for a project of this magnitude, the packaging also received the attention it deserved. The showcase appears as a deep black wooden box, refined with an embedded metal Rammstein logo. The whole thing is limited to a unique 6,000 copies worldwide.
And here it is (fireworks and LaBrassBanda fanfares please remember): XXXIII - a comprehensive, painstakingly crafted collection of 7" singles featuring some of the hard music scene's most original, influential, talked-about and successful songs: "Engel", "Asche zu Asche", "Sonne", "Links 2 3 4", "Ich Will", "Mutte
